Often we set our goal so high and think “why I'm able to achieve this goal?” and we get frustrated and give up. So what should be our fundamental focus to achieve those goals?

Your Fundamental Focus should be on how insufficient I am and how can I rectify that. What are you lacking and how can I be better.

Aim low enough! Why aim low enough? Let's say you want to climb Mount Everest, so won't wake up tomorrow and go climbing. You will practice…take the training. Start with a small, go and climb the wall in your backyard, then a little bigger wall.

It might seem easy and pointless to you but It's a lot better than yesterday. Throw yourself a challenge that exceeds your current level of skill but gives a reasonable probability of success.

The goal you set is at level 100, but you are at level 1. The process of goal setting is taking incremental steps. This does not mean don't aim high. Have high goals but break that large goal into smaller goals.

Set the goal which you can attain tomorrow and that small goal or task won't be very glorious but it's a lot better than nothing.
